Feeling proud to be a part of banking sector and if you want to know about Indusind bank then overall experience in lockdown n covid 19 was really great and impressive. Amazing support from management n from leaders. Want to work with Indusind bank as long as possible but we all know that we have to move on for growth and better opportunities

The third party people/working staff working there are very much helpful and understanding rather than most of the person working at different and upper level positions.

Dislikes

Working environment and culture is pretty bad. There is no lunch time in the organization. They have no respect for a person's qualifications and skills. No communication or bonding between the working staff in a good & proper manner. The only thing which have the utmost importance is "Sales & Marketing" in whatever position or whichever department you are working most of the times.
