No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call .
