Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. And because now i am not able to join any company because every company asking for the relieving latter from my last company. I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

First should be change mindshet of channel Partners like Tata AIA. These guys are dominating our indusind employees. These guys are behaviour like CEOs. Treat like Agents of our employees. as per labour law rules don't working in holidays. But in this bank holidays also worked.strictly implement this.

Some managers are nice, Saturdays are off Flexible timings Work life balance is fine. Job security if u work really well.

No Salary hike. Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.
