Company is good but culture was bad, in synergy division gps is there and also should work 8 hours compulsory if not they will reject your report, ( no confirmation, no promotion no increament) and the main thing is the managers are very danger specially ( _maheshnellogi_ ) he is a regional manager of karnataka, he treat the mr likeenemies, he threatened, harrasse and main thing is he only started adjustment without any incentives, ( my sincere request to company is you believe me or not mahesh nellogi is horrible no one can work with his command please think of the employees and remove him, if you think I am lier you can get information from other companies which he works previous company.
