Couple is Great but Sales dept is pathetic. IndoAsian doesn’t market itself otherwise Legrand business will get in trouble. Sales rep need to compete with IndoAsian retail guy, Legrand Project and Retail guy in same territory, this is absurd.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
