Likes

Good work environment and culture team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. My nine years of experience was good, I spent well, I got a lot of good colleagues.

I worked at the Kolkata branch, the management here is very bad, the manager's behavior is not good from the beginning, he has no rules for himself as the rules are very good agents for the employees to use him far. Not today, I also wanted to work but I was also kicked out of politics. Employees are not given any opportunity. No live is given. Money is deducted for unnecessary reasons. Extra if you are angry with someone The work is done. Today only manager Sumon Dey is responsible for this condition of Kolkata branch. Today I want to work again because my financial condition is bad because of covid, but I am not being hired....Read More

Now Company Totally Shut Down and Companies Director and CEO asked employees 4 day's Before We are going to Shutting down the Company This is a worst Condition all 600 To 700 Employees Job less.
