Open door policy, respect for individual, learning and job security (has both positive and negative side of it)

Dislikes

Old employees think they own the place, manipulate, manager competency not up to market standard so your learning may be superficial. No scope of growth and promotion. Employees stuck at same level for even 10 years.

Dislikes

Salary, Salary breakup- more variables. Very less. Appraisal cycle is very bad...people get Appraisal very late. After 1.4 yrs, bellcurve system. Laptops provided are cheap. Take hell bent of approvals...for any special or medical requests like in equipments, etc. Salary is deducted if not reaching office by 9.30 am
