If you are good in .Net framework then you are good to go. If you are fresher or doesn't have that much experience then it's worst company. . No one will help you . They will work there selves . You have keep on asking . You have to come office and do nothing just sit idle and go daily.

1) The most important aspect which I admire about 6E is the people who work on the Ground, Airport, Crew members. They are respectful, well-mannered and polite. The company's growth is only due to because of these individuals and not because of leaders who are sitting in the Air-Conditioned corporate office. 2) I observed high death ratio of the young employees during my tenure. 1) Leadership capabilities - Many so-called leaders who have been with 6E for almost more than 10+ years, are stuck in 2000's era mindset and are more focused on playing internal politics. They maintain their own circle of favorite employees, who often act as informants or Naradmuni. 2) Job Insecurity - Despite you perform well there is constant threat of loosing your job. HR is more inclined towards you leaders and may kick you off anytime by listening your manager silently. 3) Biased and non-transparent, unethical HR practices - Your performance evaluation is more defined by your manager opinion, if you are out of sight from his favorite circle then you might be at risk. Despite how talented you are or whatever you have delivered with best quality, will not get considered and HR can remove employee quietly without fair consideration. 4) Leadership unawareness - CXO level leaders in the IT department are often occupied with Conferences, inaugurations, pre-occupied meetings or making video or YouTube content. They seem unaware of the challenges within their own department and totally relaying on senior leaders in Digital department. There is no reach till bottom level employees and their struggle, internal politics and Favourism. Reaching out to them concerns nearly impossible. 5) Difficulties in changing the departments - It's really difficult to change the department despite you see any OPEN positions within the organization. Your manager will allow you to leave the organization but will not release or provide an approval for changing the stream or profile. 6) If you are planning to join from reputed IT organizations or MNC's then please rethink twice whether to play above experiments with your career or not. As per my observation most of the new employees use to make resignation within a year or 2 years from 6E because of above unethical practices. Honestly, this first seems very civilized on social platforms, but operates in a very traditional set up. The leadership team works like they are operating one of their family business and growth and acknowledgement to the employees is mostly given on the basis of the relationship one maintains with them. Quite a pathetic place to work.

It's a stable work environment and job safety is pretty much guaranteed even during critical times. SLT benefit is a decent perk.

Growth prospect is very low, need to stay for longer time to be promoted in the role. Compensation is average.

(GAU) Gates - To many flights too less staffs to maintain it , we had to scramble between gates and often times not enough colleagues to look after each other and add the pressure to send flight on time. It is frankly chaotic.
