Only good thing is that u get good experience and skills as a fresher which r essential for u to work in the aviation sector.

Oh the politics in the work place is unbearable, since growth opportunities r very limited since the work force is very huge, staffs resort to pleasing their managers in anyway possible meanwhile some resort to trying to downgrade their peers in the eyes of their seniors to get a sort of leg up in their career. At the same time if ur not in the inner circle of ur manager u can't expect to get any leaves at the time u require. There have been many instances where my PLs have been over the maximum number have been wasted while some of my colleagues who had very good personal relations with the manager were enjoying regular vacations. But if there was growth in exchange of working well then it wud have been bearable. In reality u have to please ur seniors to get to a good position which is totally unjust and unfair. At the end I wanna say that the company doesn't care about the well being of their staffs at all. If there was a list of things the company cared about then the wellbeing of its staffs wud come at like 10th place at best. I know that nothing will change from my review, it is the biggest aviation company in the country after all. To sum it all up I wud recommend any fresher who wants to join aviation get into indigo it they get the opportunity then leave within 1 to 2 years for another company....Read More

I love the company and my work. During the lockdown we have been assigned with some work. We were getting atleast some amount as a salary. Moreover we got our bonus as well though it was lil bit late.

I would like to talk about my port. In my station I found a weak management is running thr show. They don't have a proper plan to run and end of the day we,all the staffs have to suffer.
