Assistant Manager - Procurement

JOB Description

1. Buying the goods and services, Fire Fighting equipment, Public Announcement System, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguishers.

1. Prepare bid documents and supplier bid list to obtain competitive quotations.
2. Pro-active in identifying cost efficiency projects and implementation.
3. Work closely with internal customers to find and device processes for improvement cost and service.
4. Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders to ensure adequate procurement support for their business requirements.
5. Timely renewal of agreements.
6. Assist and coordinate with proper documentation/information internal/external audits.
7. Assist and coordinate in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances.

9. Monthly MIS.

10. Vendor Master Management

11. PO Creation, OPEN PO & PR monitoring, vendor registration, CRM Creation in SAP

Educational Qualification- Graduate / Post-Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Business Management

Professional Qualification/knowledge - Should have basic knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, GST and Procurement processes.

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years - 2-5 Yrs. in Supply chain Process.

IT skills - MS Office, Excel and Advanced Excel Skills, SAP MM Module, ARIBA (P2P & S2P)

Behavioural Competencies - Excellent Business communication (spoken and written) skills.

Should be a team player.

Should be work independently.

Basic knowledge of Taxation.
