Assistant Manager Procurement

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing Cost Analysis, Estimation, Tendering process, Comparative sheet & Approval note
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & Negotiation skills
• Preparation of Rate Analysis, Unit cost Statements & final proposals to Management.
• Coordination with cross functional departments
• Arranging Discussions with Vendors and Ensuring that all the changes to the scope due to any reason (site conditions etc.) are recorded and amendments are made for approval
• Evaluating the performance at regular intervals & documenting the same
• Closely examining the contracts and agreement of all projects.
• Vendor Development and Relationships
