Some small station managers are thinking and behaving like they own the company partiality favoritism etc to the people who are close to them not all of them but yeah my station manager was one among them

Indigo supported their staffs by mass laying off. Without reasons they fired the most efficient staffs without

Least bothered about their lady staffs and their security, no transportation provided by the company not even at odd hours for their staffs irrespective of gender. Torturing and harrassing at the worst peak. No salary hikes or increment in the past and three years. Increments only on papers, they increase at one end and deduct from both ends. I worked with this company at the same package for three years and the last months were really disappointing and stingy with almost 5k less than the previous months. If you work in a smaller airport the your career growth would be a bit slow. And if you are a person who wants to manage your lifestyle in a well organized manner then it would be difficult for you to work in any airline as all the airlines would require you to work on rotational shifts irrespective of the time.
