Accounts Payable

1. Responsible for booking and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP
2. Ensure statutory compliance with respect to GST and TDS
3. Ensure all compliances relating to international payments
4. Ensure all the payments are released as per the decided timelines
5. Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points, if any
6. Ensure adequacy and accuracy of provisions created at the month end
7. Ensure all Internal Financial Controls are adhered to on a timely basis
8. Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules & closure of all audit-related issues and queries
9. Responsible for strengthening and automating the processes under the responsibility area
10. Effective dealing with vendor and business users across locations and functions
11. Responsible for GST reconciliations
12. Managing and mentoring team
13 Handling related party transactions and their compliance

Qualification:

Education- B.Com/ MBA/ PGDM/ CA
