Training centres are good and training days are a little relief from daily routine.

No salary package very poor package and no benefits .my salary scale for 4years is just 19 k hardly and shift patterns make you feel depressed and totally worst like we have midnight shifts and break shifts ,3Am shifts they mentally affect you.No growth and Indigo is good for Engg team ,Pilots and crew , Management team.Rest ground team growth and slry is poor

Indigo supported their staffs by mass laying off. Without reasons they fired the most efficient staffs without

.... Increments only on papers, they increase at one end and deduct from both ends. I worked with this company at the same package for three years and the last months were really disappointing and stingy with almost 5k less than the previous months. I wonder how somebody can run their family shows with this half piece of bread.

Probably it's only the work that I can get to learn and skills to grind at highest pressure which enables proactive and fast pace work habits.

Dislikes

No promotions, no salary, no sleep, no peace, nothing, no humanity, no pity, not an employee orientated, ultimately nothing.

It's a stable work environment and job safety is pretty much guaranteed even during critical times. SLT benefit is a decent perk.

Dislikes

...h prospect is very low, need to stay for longer time to be promoted in the role. Compensation is average.

I love my work it was amazing experience

Low salary package, after promotion also unsatisfactory increment (very very low) after giving 6 years i was paid 24000 only as in a position of senior executive., which was disappointed me.
