I like working with IndiGo Airlines. It's is my family member. I have learnt alot many things here and just because of Covid19 I have to leave my company. I'm thankful to be a part of it. Thank you

Calcutta environment is so bad like I have seen many stations they are working as a family but here in Calcutta seniors are not good at all and cooperative. Few of the seniors are nice but as mush as you see higher designated colleagues are not at all good. Juniors are suffering and don't mind please kindly act on it. I only gave my experience of my company.

Very pathetic work environment here. Work pressure is too high. Shift is very harmful for health. 1 or 2 months night shift from 2:30am at a stretch. Sometimes more than that.
