Indifi is a great place to work in terms of Culture and Transparency. Its a company where you get regular opportunities to grow up the ladder. I joined Indifi in Mar'17 as an executive when the total head count was less than 50 people, within 3 months of time span I was given the opportunity to work on a seperate leg of existing/renewal as a seperate unit. Overall its a great place but still I believe there are few areas where the company needs to focus in order to grow. Specially inter department communications are not up to the mark. We have all the tech which is required in the digital lending but still we are not able to capitalize them.

There is no secure job. When there a process reaped down they directly told the employer you can do resign that is very dislike option if you can have the other position you can move them there. You are saying directly resign that is not a solution. That’s why now I’m suffering no one company giving me the job.
