Indifi is a great place to work in terms of Culture and Transparency. Its a company where you get regular opportunities to grow up the ladder. I joined Indifi in Mar'17 as an executive when the total head count was less than 50 people, within 3 months of time span I was given the opportunity to work on a seperate leg of existing/renewal as a seperate unit. Today this leg has grown to around 100 salesforce. During this journey I have been promoted 3 times and become a segment owner of not only the renewals but other segments as well. Overall its a great place but still I believe there are few areas where the company needs to focus in order to grow. Specially inter department communications are not up to the mark. We have all the tech which is required in the digital lending but still we are not able to capitalize them.

I have joined the company 6.5yrs ago, and its been a very beautiful journey at my office place. I feel its my second home the safest place. I have learned many more things at this place, how to handle client,how to manage work along with certain targets. There is no secure job. When there a process reaped down they directly told the employer you can do resign that is very dislike option if you can have the other position you can move them there. You are saying directly resign that is not a solution. That’s why now I’m suffering no one company giving me the job.

I had started my career initially in sales in Nov 2019 just before pre Covid and what I felt best about Indifi is job security as maximum company fired their newly joined employees in such a tough time for cost cutting so If you are professional or true to your responsibilities then its a best place in term of Job security. Through IJP I got promoted to backed end ops where I have enhanced my skills and learning about new portfolio and banking as well. In 2022 Nov I went on maternity leaves which was extremely smooth process for me while being a working professional and although there were medical benefits which is provided by the company which is again a great benefit for any employee provided by Indifi. As having a thought in my mind how would I continue my job with having a vast role of mother along with professional responsibilities, so here comes my HR team with a great initiate of day care facility with a renowned brand. I have completed 1.4 months at Indifi, and experience here has been really great. The work culture is outstanding, and the staff is very supportive. The company provides job security and also prioritizes employees mental health with the support of the manawellness team.
