On November 11, 2019, I joined Indifi with many hopes regarding learning, monetary benefits, growth, and all the things a person expects from an organization. Prior to this, I had never worked so long in a corporate environment. The trauma faced by the entire country during the COVID-19 pandemic impacted everyone and many people lost their jobs. However, I was fortunate to have job security provided by Indifi Technologies, assuring us that no one would be jobless during that time. After overcoming the challenges of the pandemic and returning to the company, I felt overwhelmingly grateful. Two years after joining, I had the opportunity to transition to another department, Training and Quality. With the hopes I initially had when I joined Indifi, this new role allowed me to learn even more.I spent over five incredible years at Indifi Technologies, during which I grew both personally and professionally. The organization offered numerous opportunities for learning and development, enabling me to acquire new skills and take on challenging projects. The company culture is inclusive and respectful, while the leadership team is approachable and transparent, and provides clear direction and vision for the organization. Dislikes

One area for improvement was communication between departments which sometimes led to delays or misunderstandings. I think investing in more employees development initiative or partnering with external training providers could help. I wished for more opportunities for growth within the organization as i felt i had reached plateau after 5 years.
