Less people and more work. Unlike Any other railways, SWR officers are only interested in getting APAR and points. In southern railway, each TRD depos has atleast 3 supervisors. Here they are trying to manage with one. And also less staff every where. Officers surrendering posts to get good APAR and points.

It is one of largest gov organisation. It serve nation by providing cheepest and simplest transportation.

Due some old thoughts. I can make any difference to modify old and burgel policies. There is No any innovative ideas can be created no proper training and due to burocracy i can work with freedom . As i am working in traction power supply i have to face many problems due to old system .
