Indian Railways is a beautiful Government Organization, have it's own standards and we'll established mightiest Land of Laws. But only thing is Chronically suffering from implementation Bug ... especially from Divisional executive managements..

Ego centric attitudes among some executive officers, failures to implement the standards designed by the Apex Board, failed in manpower management, causing higher loss of revenues offerings against the undeserved personnel...poor selection criteria in promotional graded posts. If would adopt more accurate steps... I'm sure Railways will probably provide more employment to the deserved enthusiastic personnel through fresh recruitment......Read More
