Dislikes

Training opportunity is not proper because some people who are not required in urgent & hard works are nominated many times for training . There is no proper evaluation system in promotion with respect to performance & people who just please to top management get advantage .

Work Details

Joined as Management Trainee & Superannuated as General Manager i.e. Top Management . Got various awards & appreciations including 1st rank on all India as Engineering head of 5 States of India & Productivity man award highest award on all India.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
