Indian Navy is a wonderful service with bright future. We all work as.a team to achieve the common purpose to meet the goal of the organisation. Teammates are very cooperative, understandably and helpful to each other. Training is at every stage of career to get promoted at every rank and improve on job skill. The job provides enough satisfaction to progress with multi sports facilities during evening sessions. The establishment is located in a secured environment both the work place of employee and accommodation for family and assures security of family at all times despite takes employee is away on duty or leave. The infrastructure provided is adequate with all facilities and Navy ensures complete care of family and children for its upbringing in all matters. Further, Navy gives ample opportunity for travel on completion of every three years on posting to new cities located in coastal areas. The latest technology are adopted with innovationin work place. The service is all about teamwork and unity and not individual achievement. Spent 36 years of my life. It was a wonderful experience to have served in Indian navy. I (per-se) don't believe in rebirth, but hypothetically, given an option in my rebirth, I will surely choose Indian Navy as my career.
