The severance package for Short Service Commissioned Officers isn't as per the recommendations of various committees. Short Service Officers are left to fend for themselves after completion of their tenure. Subsequent transition to corporate is hard and mentally taxing.

Autocracy of commissioned officer- commissioned officers are using their position wrongly. They don't think about others they are selfish and humiliating sailors. This is applicable for some of the officers. Needs to be improved
