I've worked 3 years with this company but there is literally nothing that I liked about it, only except a few colleagues that I've worked with during my tenure everything else was absolute worst.

Dislikes

The chairman and his two sons, who hold directors position, are some of the most unprofessional and unpleasant people I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They have no regard for basic manners, treat employees as servants and exhibit narro minded views. The company's culture is toxic and there are clear bias against Muslims, with no opportunity for career advancement unless you align with their personal preferences. Justifiable salary are only given to their own cast members, while others are grossly underpaid regardless of their contributions. Pay is delayed past the 10th of each month as a retention tactic, and your probation period is not even counted as part of your official employment. Throughout my time here I've witnessed countless unethical and unlawful practices. It's been a waste of time, but on the positive side, I've had the chance to work with some great colleagues who have supported me and helped me grow professionally.
