The job is quite different from other firm. It is tough but very interesting. In beginning when you are sepoy, it's a learning stage. Then rank and designation has changed after 5 years to 10 years in different roles within same team

It is no need to say about Indian Army. It is more than family like environment. Organization cares us more than our near and dear. It provides lots of opportunities to grow every aspects of life. Only we need to be ready to grab the opportunities. I can say lot more about our Indian Army. It is not a service but it is a way of life to become HERO.

Dislikes

One who joins our Army should be ready to dedicate to be away from family members for maximum 4 to 6 months at a stretch. Family quarters are limited approximately 20% of strength. So we can meet our families whenever we are on leave. But at present situation is being improved as more quarters are in progress at construction phase.If our spouse is working, then we have to sacrifice the life of living in Army Quarters....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
