Dislikes

Not good for short service commissioned officers as they donot get any benefits even after serving 14years of long period. No pension, no medical facility, hence no job security. After 14 years , age is not applicable for other govt jobs. If you want to apply in pvt sector you are again not eligible as army hospitals are not accredited to NABH or JCA.Can not apply for post graduation or long term courses and UN Mission. Its better to quit after 5yrs of experience.If you are not trained from army, very less opportunities are given for your growth. Govt should think over it....Read More

Indian Army is not a job, it's a lifestyle, if one is looking to make money then don't be a part of it, when one joins Army as an officer or as a jawan, you have to feel it as your blood line and you have to make it your home. it requires immense dedication, selfless attitude, team spirit to work here.
