It's just like a factory producing gentleman out of raw and immature youngsters. Fearless life with an attitude beyond par excellence to perform at any situation, any adverse condition. It develops a leadership quality through a sense of buddy's feeling. A soldier learns to keep always his duty first before self. Integrity and comradeship is the key factor in achieving the goal. Dislikes

There is no different shortcoming in IAF. It's more or less same as in civilian counterpart. But, togetherness brings all odds to even, which is unfortunately absent in civil.

Hectic as well as sometimes boring too if someone do not possess a true spirit of soldier.
