A well organised organisation, adopting latest technologies and make each employee acquainted with them. Always try to make each employee as a multi tasking staff by imparting training as and when required. Every employees of the organisation is able to take responsibility when the situation demands irrespective of ranks and designations.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as working in such a prestigious organisation is always beautiful..but career prospect is negligible due to pyramidal structure in career growth.

I love being part of Indian Air Force as it is different from rest of the Schools of my Valley.Teammates are very cooperative and competitive and one gets to learn many skills there.The salary is paid on time and one works at ease.Above all respect and freedom to work is given to every individual.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
