It is time oriented, Sometimes without proper plan and management, it became difficult to perform task, there is no uni formality at same type and different level as well as location

Every thing is available nearby you. Tools tester to work along with manuals. The best part is availability of quality manpower i.e senior and subordinates.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Service to national has no question of dislike.

I spent 20 years of glorious service in IAF. got numerous opportunities to learn and explore new things.

A bit of stressful environment. At some moment I felt I am doing a thankless job.
