Old & Out dated work technology, order always prevails, misuse of good workers and last but not the least butterring boss for undue advantage on others cost.

I was a technician and have worked hard. My work output was highly satisfying and appreciated by superiors but unfortunately not rewarded in time due to others encroachment and policy paralysis.

Indian Air Force is the best service in all aspects. People are well disciplined, punctual, well educated in social, professional fields. People extend help to each other even without being asked for that. Facilities and infrastructure is exceptional. Environment is very healthy and conducive. In one line if I say it's the best service for all round development of a person, family and society etc.

I have always taken pride in IAF hence there in nothing which I dislike.

I had worked in various profiles right from a worker to supervisor. Though I was from technical back ground but I got a chance to work as HR, manager, administrator, security incarge also in addition to technical job.

IAF is multifaceted organisation. The aim of the organization is to always be in complete preparedness to meet any given responsibility in peace time or war zone. It is a wonderful setup and ensures overall progress and security men and material.

Dislikes

The promotion opportunity for men below officer rank is slow and unequal. This aspect needs review for enhancing satisfaction level.
