One of the best organisation. U meet people of all over India at various places. All modern infrastructure. No tension about family. Everybody lives with peace. No communal or caste disharmony.

Its a special type of organisation with very close bond among all, be at the officer or the worker level. The unique culture of integrity, true workmanship and discipline makes the IAF a special work place which doesn't exist in any part of world. I loved being part of it.

Sometimes the separation from hometown and parents are of concern.
