STABILTY AT ONE PLACE IS NOT THERE. COMPULSORILY TO MOVE IN THREE-FOUR YEARS. AND CAREER GROWTH IS LIMITED TO SOME PERCENTAGE.

if you are an airmen forget about self respect, no growth very less promotion, very bad appriasal system. totally officer oriented job, but you can survive very well if you have a thick skin. some people have made this service worst.

Everything in this organisation is OK except the work pressure. Due to the security concerns, sometimes we have to work for 20 -24 hours continuously day and night without any brake.
