The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Only first Saturday of the month is holiday. I would appreciate if every Saturday will be Holiday and the reason is sales is an mentally tiresome job, so there should be holiday on Saturday as well

Every company is good but the people with whom you work with define perception about Any Company. IndiaMart as a company is very good and there is no doubt in that.

If you want to be successful than you should follow the below rules. Boss is always right even after he is unaware about the company policies and Incentive calculations. If you look for growth than Share your Incentive with your immediate manager and you can get growth within 2 years. If you are selling higher products such as ILP and Leading supplier so manager will come at the place of meeting and he will take all the credits from you. You will get hundred accounts on an average and if you don't have any fruitful meeting so they may ask you to sit in office and mark absent. Even after 7 PM they will ask you to come to office and make you sit for long time till around 9 PM.
