Job security is there so you don't need to panic at all

Work culture is worst, you'll do hard work in this month and you'll get your incentive after 3 months which sucks. Work life balance is absent. Only 5-8% annual increment. Don't join this company. Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
