Indiamart does not abscond any employee and they give the chance to learn and develop by self through the L&D team and also environment is very good. Cafeteria is also good.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
