There was nothing to like about this organisation, they false promise their client just for the sake of sale and exploits their workforce. Even the top management is not good here, if you are not doing sales then they will even abuse you. Very poor working environment.

Dislikes

First of all they don't reimburse for your petrol expenses. You have to travel for 50-60kms a day for the company's work and you don't even get reimbursed. Apart from it, the top management cab abuse you too if are not performing well. And they will create an immense pressure on you for fixed meetings with the client.

Overall experience was terrible, I won't even recommend this job to my worst enemy. This organisation is cheating with their customers and employees, its not a good organization. Please do something else but don't join here.
