For fresher it's best to learn about sales and important skills

The company have very bad behavior with their employees they always force on sales, the top management didn't work on how to improve products and after services they only focus on sales, the reputation of company in market become bad day by day.

Working culture is great.. There is no pressure of work in the initial days after your joining.. Training is given to all the new employees so that they can understand the work easily.

Work life balance is not good getting msg & calls from managers after office time also much work load for every single things lower level employees- Executive & TL are getting scolded from managers and being asked to do work which is not at our end it is depending on clients but when client is not ready to do same then how we can much poke to client sir do this that but hireracy is not ready to listen anything they just want response from our end...Read More
