Never ever join the company. Zero training given regarding the process and the company expects great performance from the employees. Especially General Manager MR Prakash S who is taking care of sales has zero knowledge, just a big mouth to judge people. He is absolutely fit for nothing.

It was really nice to work for Indiafilings. Team and management are really helpful and will guide at all times and in worst situation. Specially Naveen(Manager)and Reeni mam(Director) they used to keep motivating you to enhance your skills and the misses you may do.

I didn’t find anything wrong until my tenure. I have enjoyed a lot in the organisation as senior business advisor and off course made money with additional incentives apart from salary for my family.

Work Details

I was working as senior business advisor and my TL Naveen, Reeni mam, Lionel sir and specially Charles sir they all helped me a lot during my tenure and keeps motivated me that I can do and achieve anything in my life. I used to do smart work.

This company is fraud. They will forfeit your salary and incentives. Their CEO only wants money..he doesn't care about the customer service. Don't provide overtime and cab facilities even during due dates when employees left office at 11pm.

Top level management is strong and revenue driven based on tech support making work easy for lower level employees. Highly positive and supporting CEO and CFO. They will guide you as you are school kids.
