Nothing horrible place. I would not suggest a jobless person to Join in HR in this organization. Abusive head will make your life hell. They don't what they want to to do, lot of blame game. Only chhaplus can survive.

Corporate working environment is not good special in HR department. There is no professional growth ,no motivation always worked in stressful environment. Seniors having no manners how to talk with there juniors. They never asked about what difficulties you are facing in your day to day work ,they only declare you a non performer without any assesment. If you ask any question with your HR head so according to them you have an attitute issue . Working with this organization I realize that you have no rights to ask question with your seniors,they never did team discussion for department growth.
