Someimes my work get delayed due to approvals from upper management, as they adhere to proper hierarchical proces, which is beneficial for them. However, I feel that it impact the delivery time.

- The company has an open door policy where managers keep their doors open all the times to listen to their team members or anyone else’s concerns, where personal or work related.
