there is no fix process of work, management is really no idea whats going on floor. There is so so much groupism in office due to this rare people get chance to improve. hence many people resign every month and they hire new people continuously. Main problem is that highest management has high level ego and arrogant and most of the employee has problem with that but nobody speak due to fear of firing from job.
