Overall Aditya Birla work culture is good but now in Peter England especially in Bangalore region the now the work environment has become terrible due to some top management people in the company who are making non workable environment and toxic due to their pathetic politics and favouritism.

All the operational aspects are quite strong compared to other Retail brands in the Market. To create a base in this retail industry ABFRL is the best company to start off with.
