Nothing. Founders have no clue what their leadership team is doing under the carpet. It is a bubble about to burst. They fire workforce at their whims, fancies and biases without seeing the track record of the person who has given everything to the company

Dislikes

Everything. Toxic culture. Favouritism. Petty politics. Local gundas get inferiority complex after seeing the CEO/COO, leadership and HR threaten their employees for work, leave and timings. No work life balance. No benefits. No systems and processes. Your salary and your variable pay is at the mercy of select few individuals who have formed a cult and make sure you remain scared and never raise your voice.
