Horrendous experience I had in the hand of Business development lady Prachi and the CEO, i had to change my reporting to another person, still ended up being a shared resource, as the lady heading business strategy would go paranoid and try to talk ill about my role to the CEO they had some exceptional relationship that led to many people quitting the organisation. They would use the founders’ name to threaten employees. Recommending people who seek to learn to not join this toxic startup it hasn’t got approval from govt of its product and has a weak chance of doing well in future even if they get approval.
