Low Salary. Even they hire with 8K/Month. Salary of internally promoted employees are very low. No fixed salary structure. Some old employee gets salary restructure if they have good relationship with manager.

Talent growth and retention need to be the top focus of the company rather than hiring substandard talent for specialized workflows. 3. Strong training plan should be designed and inculcated for new and existing managers so that they can make rational and appropriate decisions pertaining to their projects. 4. The company is good for ITes work. Work culture is good. Salary is getting paid time to time. There is no delay of giving the salary. Sometime, it is being paid one day before if there is Holiday on the Salary paying date.

Currently Job Security is the main concerned because many employees don't feel that their job is secured from 2023. The salary increment percentage is getting reduced. Specially those who are in Technician level or Agent level their growth of salary is not growing at the level of the market cost.
