Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Shop floor team is good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues as well as management team members do the politics. Poor management, poor safety, poor administration, poor medical facilities, no any welfare plan for employees, work 24X7X360 days without leave, Blaming culture, unhealthy environment, always violence

Work Details

Very tough and working 24X7. After leaving from work also we work for home by phone time till midnight. No any skill manpower and difficult to explain them due to lack of knowledge and education
