The professor based workers like Samit Ray Chaudhuri, Suporno , Vinay Kumar Gupta, Chinmay Koley will mentally torture you with their students, and throw you out from balcony..I nearly escaped...If I was a girl situation would have been worse.. avoid this place

If your are research scholar, some babus do not respect you. If you are married, ensure you get accomodation within campus, else you will regret. If you are unmarried and leaving in Hostel (Hall for IIT KGP), you won't get good food to eat everyday (especially you won't get a normal roti, forget good roti). Male nurse @ Hospital.
