Really practical on job training profile... only for an offbeat career with independence and great liberty for decision making... culture culture super fun only issue is they are super punctual so some people don't appreciate the strict punctuality

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
