I like the whole IKS health as an organization and it's way of treating the employees.

Dislikes

I didn't like my Team manager and the superior who had biased opinions regarding everyone and screwed my job for no reason although after working for 3 long years.

I had wrok with IKS for 15 months my experience is very good best company to start your journey in medical billing everyone is very helpful specially it was a great experience 👍🏼

I personally don’t dislike anything but yes partiality sometimes makes everything toxic

1. Non-Skilled transport and Administrative staff 2. Water and rest room facilities 3. Medical room facilities are pathetic as you need to seek for written approval mail from manager to take some rest in case we are not feeling well. 4. Non-AC cabs for all 12 months even in heavy summer time. 5. Increment rate 6. Operations will always rule over quality.

Salary Growth, corporate politics, less interaction with employees by seniors which affect on their overall growth in their career. Posh is for same level employees & not for their seniors.

During joining Hr tells that company will pay for travelling and relocation and but they deduct it from your fnf. They hide fact and make employees sign documents without informing and explaining.

The Managers are so toxic, they keep agents if they don’t want to quit. If they came to know the agent is going to initiate exit or initiated exit they purposely terminate them without any papers or force them remove exit. Few of my colleagues faced this. The HR team is awful.

No support from seniors, negativity within the team, Unnecessary pressure. Not having an appropriate way to have the conversation. Very lethargic approach by manager for team members

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.
