This company will make you develop in a good position. But overall its my favourite company . i will never forget till my life.

We have dissatisfaction only in salary growth i have worked for 4 years 6 months but we saw growth in salary is very low , even we have good productivity, carrer policy changed previously I'm specialist then new policy changed all specialists and senior associates to one position called as RCR. This made me feel so bad positions . carrer growth and salary is not good in the policy.

Work Details

I have enjoyed working with more than 100 percent productivity . i used to hit 150 % to 180% .i feel like a home for me.
